What is the shelf life/expiry of the cosmetic products?
We ensure that all products shipped have a minimum of 6–12 months of shelf life remaining. The specific expiry date is printed on the product packaging.
My payment failed, but the money was deducted. What should I do?
Don’t worry! In most cases, the bank reverses such payments within 48-72 hours. If it doesn’t, please share the transaction ID with us, and we will help resolve it.

How do I cancel my order?
