Please ensure your full address, pincode, and contact number are accurate at the time of placing the order; Saavra is not responsible for delays or non‑delivery due to incorrect/incomplete address details.​ If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or wrong address and the shipment is returned to us, reshipping may incur additional charges.​

8. Damaged or Tempered Package

If you notice that the package is damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it and immediately inform our support team with your order details.​ If you discover damage after accepting the package, contact us within 24–48 hours with photos/videos so we can check with the courier and guide you on the next steps as per our Return & Refund Policy.​
